CNCNAVI / Legal
Terms of Use
These general terms describe the use of CNCNAVI's machine information, stock listings, technical articles, and printed-manual inquiry services.
Draft for review — not yet effective. Service-provider and overseas data-handling details are being verified before publication.
1. About the service
CNCNAVI is operated by KINOTECH, located at Room 509, Building B, 43 Iljik-ro, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. CNCNAVI provides CNC machine information and a way to inquire about equipment and printed manuals.
Service questions can be sent to info@cncnavi.com.
2. Machine specifications and articles
Specifications and articles are provided for general reference. Actual equipment may differ by production year, configuration, options, controller, modifications, and condition. Confirm the individual machine's nameplate, documentation, and physical condition before purchasing, installing, programming, or operating it. Website information is not a substitute for the manufacturer's safety instructions or a qualified inspection.
3. Stock listings and quotations
A listing or inquiry does not by itself reserve equipment or form a sales contract. Availability and transaction details require confirmation. The seller's identity, price, currency, equipment condition, inspection arrangements, payment, shipping, taxes, and any warranty must be established in the applicable quotation or agreement before an order is accepted.
4. Printed manual requests
A manual request is an inquiry about sourcing a physical book. Availability, language, edition, model and serial-number compatibility, condition, price, delivery time, and shipping charges must be confirmed before ordering. A request does not guarantee that a particular manual can be obtained. Electrical diagrams and parts books can vary between otherwise similar machines.
5. Orders, delivery and cancellation
Order-specific terms must be supplied before purchase, including payment, cancellation, returns, refunds, delivery responsibilities, and applicable import charges. These general website terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy or remove any mandatory consumer rights. If an order agreement differs from these general terms, that agreement applies to the transaction to the extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate inquiry information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, impersonate another party, or use the website to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. Only submit photographs and other materials you are entitled to share.
7. Content, brands and manuals
Brand names, logos, manuals, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Naming a manufacturer or listing its equipment does not by itself establish authorization, endorsement, or affiliation. Purchase of a physical manual does not grant a right to reproduce or distribute its contents. Reuse of website material must respect applicable intellectual-property rights and any required permission.
8. External services and privacy
External websites, email applications, and messaging services have their own terms and privacy practices. Personal-information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information unrelated to your request.
9. Availability and responsibility
Information may be corrected or updated, and uninterrupted website access cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for a transaction depends on the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
10. Questions and changes
Contact info@cncnavi.com to report an error or raise a service concern. Updates will be published with an effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order without a lawful basis or agreement. Applicable mandatory laws and legally available remedies remain unaffected.
