CNCNAVI / Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse CNCNAVI, contact our team, or request information about CNC machines and printed manuals.
Effective date: 21 September 2026
1. Scope and contact
CNCNAVI is operated by KINOTECH, located at Room 509, Building B, 43 Iljik-ro, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
Privacy contact: PARK. For questions or privacy requests, email info@cncnavi.com.
2. Information you provide
The contact form requires your name, email address, inquiry subject, and message. Company and country are optional. Manual requests also ask for the manufacturer, model, year, serial number, controller, manual type, destination country, and postal code. Information included in emails or machine-nameplate photographs may also be received.
Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents, or personal information unrelated to the machine or service.
3. How requests are sent
The manual-request tool prepares a message in your email application. Preparing the message does not itself send the inquiry to CNCNAVI; you review and send it through your email provider. The provider also handles that message under its own privacy terms.
KINOTECH receives inquiry emails through Google Gmail. Google processes the sender address, message content, and attachments to provide email delivery and storage. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also handles the information you send. When you submit the CONTACT form, our website server hosted by Vercel passes your name, email address, company, country, subject, and message to Resend for delivery to info@cncnavi.com. Resend processes the message and delivery information, and Google Gmail receives and stores the email. Your address is included as the reply-to address so our team can respond. The contact handler does not save a separate inquiry record in Firebase.
4. Website usage and local storage
The website uses Vercel for hosting and Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Hosting services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, and security logs. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free; this does not mean that hosting and other services process no technical information.
Machine comparison features may store selected machines in your browser's local storage. You can remove this information through your browser's site-data settings. Doing so may reset saved selections.
Read Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information for further details.
5. Purposes of processing
Information is used to respond to inquiries, identify a requested machine or manual edition, prepare quotations and delivery estimates, manage agreed transactions, maintain website functionality and security, and meet applicable legal obligations. Any consent required for a particular activity must be obtained separately; this policy is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
6. Service providers and international processing
Our inquiry delivery providers are Vercel Inc. (website hosting and request processing), Plus Five Five, Inc., trading as Resend (email transmission and delivery records), and Google (Gmail reception and mailbox storage). They process the information needed to provide those services. Firebase supports website data services; it is not used by the CONTACT handler to store inquiry messages.
Transfers take place electronically when you submit an inquiry and as needed to deliver, store, and respond to it. Resend's sending region for our domain is Japan. A sending region is not a guarantee that all data stays in Japan: Resend also describes processing in the United States. Google and Vercel use international infrastructure, so processing may occur outside South Korea and your country.
Resend documents 30-day email and log retention on its standard Free, Pro, and Scale plans, with a separate seven-day backup cycle. Custom enterprise arrangements may differ. KINOTECH's Gmail inquiry copies follow the one-year policy below. Provider backup and infrastructure records follow the applicable service arrangements.
Provider information: Resend retention and processing, Google Privacy Policy, and Vercel Privacy Notice.
You can choose not to submit information through these services or contact PARK by post at our business address to discuss alternatives. This may limit our ability to provide an online response. Publishing this policy does not replace any separate notice, consent, or other legal basis required for an international transfer.
7. Retention and deletion
KINOTECH retains inquiry emails for one year from receipt. At the end of that period, KINOTECH deletes inquiry emails and their attachments from its active mailbox, including the trash unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for an ongoing legal claim.
If an inquiry results in a transaction, records required for that transaction may be subject to a separate statutory retention period. Such records are retained only for the applicable purpose. This one-year inquiry period does not describe the independent retention schedules of hosting, analytics, messaging, or backup services.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email info@cncnavi.com with your request. Identity verification may be necessary, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. Withholding necessary contact or machine details may prevent a reply or accurate quotation.
9. Security and updates
The CONTACT form uses HTTPS and server-side email credentials. These credentials are not included in the customer-facing form. These technical measures do not eliminate every security risk. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be described on this page with an effective date; any additional notice or consent required by law will be handled separately.
